### Booking and service terms

- Prices are **fixed and per vehicle, one way** — not per person. Quoted fares include fuel, road tolls and VAT.
- **Not included:** paid parking, paid tunnels, and entry into restricted traffic zones (ZTL).
- **Free waiting time:** 60 minutes at airports and sea/river passenger terminals, 30 minutes at railway stations, 15 minutes at all other pickup points.
- **Included at no extra charge:** onboard Wi-Fi, up to 3 child seats, bottled water for every passenger, meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
- **Flight monitoring:** the driver tracks the flight in real time and adjusts to delays.
- **Payment:** cash to the driver (a prepayment is required to confirm the booking); bank transfer or credit card, each with a 10% surcharge.
- **Cancellation:** free with full refund of the prepayment if cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations are charged in full.
- **Return-trip discount:** 5% when the return leg is booked together with the outbound leg.
